Went for the HK style saturday brunch set. Really enjoyed that macaroni beef satay. Flavourful taste from satay and milk tea that took me back to HK for a short trip. Also had the french toast, looks nice but taste not too bad. Could be improved here for a more genuine taste and look. Maybe can add a bit of sugar and salt to the egg/milk layer whisk before the frying?

Price is a bit expensive for what you get. But might be worth it if you can’t afford a flight ticket to HK for a brunch set menu.

Will try the charsiu rice and Hainanese chicken rice next time.

I’ve been missing Hong Kong style food in Stockholm and so glad to have found this place - has satisfied all of my cravings and nostalgia.

The owner is super friendly, and welcoming and so bold of her to bring these classic HK chia cha teng vibes with a very cool aesthetic to Sweden. Stockholm really lacks places like this.

We ordered the sorrowful rice (char siu fan with egg and Pak Choi) which was 10/10. The sweet soy sauce was nostalgia 2.0.

The brisket noodles was also tasty. Beef was cooked perfectly and melted and lots of flavour in the broth.

The char siu puffs were so yum! Sweet insides and nice puff pastry exterior.

Of course we had to get the HK style French toast and what a slight it was! Haven’t had one of these since my last visit to the island territory in 2019 pre pandemic. It was always a childhood fave and this hit the spot, served with ice cream instead of syrup.

They also sell their retro style Chinatown nostalgia posters which i copped for my office, why not have a bowl of pork rice hanging over your desk.

Highly recommend this place and will be back regularly!

Never been to any Hong Kong style cha Chaan Teng before with candle light setting, the environment is comfortable and cozy! I ordered a dish so called ‘double win’ which consisted of two styles of food - Sorrowful Rice and Hai Nan Chicken rice. The barbecue pork was tender and juicy and so was the Hai Nan chicken. The Hong Kong style milk tea is also good and authentic in taste. I would definitely go there again to try other different dishes!

This recently opened cafe caught us off guard with exceptional staple Hong Kong dishes, and is a refreshing change from the standard takeaway template Chinese. The quality more than compensates for the (understandably) limited soft launch menu options. The decor transports you to a retro era, and the food I dare say is not average. The Charsiu Puff Pastry was especially delicious; the intense and flavorful charsiu filling brought back memories of visits to Tim Ho Wan (添好運), perhaps better. Great homage to Stephen Chow too 😉

没有第一次来好吃，叉烧感觉过于肥。不过红豆冰和西多士还是挺好吃的。It's not delicious as last time, the char siu is too fat. But the red bean ice and french toast are quite delicious.

Very tasty and authentic hongkong style food.
We had a hainan chicken rice & sorrowful rice in this afternoon,we also agree both of them is a hidden gem in Stockholm.Chicken is juicy and ‘chasiu’ is so tasty.
We also had a pineapple bun after lunch,which is also 100% match with hongkong.
You must need to try if you have time,crystal cafe always made my day!

Väldigt trevlig och genuin plats som lägger mycket kärlek i det som serveras. Bra välbalanserade smaker i rätter som man vanligtvis inte stöter på här i stan.
Det är helt klart åt det dyrare hållet för en lunch men väl värt att pröva vid något tillfälle för att få uppleva något nytt och välsmakande.

Such a cozy and cool place! The food was yummy and made us happy 😊 we enjoyed all dishes but especially the French toast and milk tea ☕️ we’ll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu and for brunch too
