We had an absolutely wonderful night at this magical place. Here, you can enjoy complete peace surrounded by nature, and even watch the wilderness and northern lights right from your bed. The sauna is amazing, with a window that makes you just want to sit and gaze outside. The cabin is beautifully set up and has everything you need to simply relax and enjoy your holiday. The host responds quickly to any questions and makes you feel truly welcome. A perfect 10/10 accommodation!

Had the most amazing stay at Sky Lodging in Lapland—even if it was just for one night, we could have easily moved in!

The cabin was cozy yet modern, designed to make the most of the surroundings. The 360-degree Aurora view bedroom was absolutely magical. Everything felt so well thought out, from the stylish interiors to the private barrel sauna, which made the whole experience even more special.

We also loved how fully equipped the kitchen was—it felt like a home away from home. We even ended up baking cinnamon rolls, which made for the perfect cozy night in. Honestly, this place is an absolute dream for a couples’ getaway. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay in the Sky Lodging over a long weekend in March. The lodge has a luxurious finish and is a great and romantic getaway, about 30 minutes from Rovaniemi.

This place is a gem within the arctic circle, close to a frozen river (in the winter at least). From the side of the river (you shouldn't step on the ice) you can see the northern lights almost every night when it's not too cloudy, and you can see them from the bedroom too!! There is an additional Sauna outside, after which you can jump in the snow to cool down!

We would love to come back here again and totally recommend it to anyone!

We loved every second of our stay at Sky Lodging. The cabin is located outside of the touristy areas and in the middle of nature near a big river surrounded by trees. We loved the private sauna and the sky view from the bed. The cabin is fully equipped and very comfortable. Highly highly recommend to anyone who want to experience Lapland off the beaten tracks!

The glass cabin, the sauna, and the breathtaking scenery were absolutely perfect! We stocked up on some food and stayed for two nights, but we didn’t want to leave on the last day, it was so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin is equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The team was responsive and helpful. Thank you for the personal touch that made our stay even more memorable!

This cottage made my trip to Lapland my favourite trip ever. Sky Lodging is a private setting away from the world, but still only 25 minutes from the city center. If you're looking for a luxury experience of peace, privacy and contact with nature, this is the place for you. Me and my partner had the best time here, it was our dream romantic getaway.
The location was perfect too - you're close to the city, Santa Claus Village, husky/reindeer safaris and the ski resort, but still far enough to see the Northern Lights and in a central location to hunt them (the night was a bit cloudy but we only had to drive 10 minutes to find them!)
The sauna with a gorgeous view of the lake, falling asleep under the stars and the love and care in each and every detail made this an unique stay we will never forget. Thank you!

A unique, hybrid igloo + cabin stay in the heart of Finnish Lapland! We stayed here for 2 nights, lost in the peace and quiet, surrounded by trees right next to a river and stars twinkling right above our beds. Beautifully renovated clean cabin with a glass bedroom, perfect for northern light viewing! Well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated cabin. So much information at the finger tips available on a welcome card, perfect to find local recommendations. You can feel that the hosts have put considerable thought to make the stay of their clients a memorable one!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Nächte in der Lodge. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und bietet Abseits von Trubel die Möglichkeit für eine schöne Auszeit inmitten von Natur. Das Bett steht in einem Glas Dome und man hat das Gefühl mitten im Wald zu schlafen mit Blick in den Nachthimmel. Die eigene Sauna lädt zum entspannen ein. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt 10, Rovaniemi 25 und der Flughafen ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Vielen Dank für den netten und einfachen Kontakt.
